 I encourage people of all skill levels to get out there and play some music with your friends or find a group that get together.  Pick up an instrument and figure it out on your own, it's so gratifying!  support groups like your local Girls Rock Camp. 

 

No one says you have to be some type of maestro, besides that aint punk dudes!
